basin-ibis provides wilderness tourism experiences including guided expeditions, wildlife viewing tours, cultural heritage walks, and related outdoor activities across Canada. Services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment is due 45 days before the scheduled departure date. Failure to provide full payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed upon at the time of reservation.
Cancellation policies vary by program type:
We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, unsafe conditions, or force majeure events. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct.
Wilderness programs require adequate physical fitness. Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that could affect their ability to participate safely. We reserve the right to exclude individuals whose fitness level poses safety risks.
Wilderness activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to: adverse weather, rugged terrain, wildlife encounters, equipment failure, and remote location hazards. Participants acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for their participation.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability. basin-ibis does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by basin-ibis or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
Participants may be photographed or recorded during programs. By participating, you grant basin-ibis permission to use such media for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
